Terms of Service

Last updated: October 13, 2026

Peak Affinity ("we") provides software that sports teams ("Teams") use to sell memberships. These terms cover peakaffinity.com and the storefronts and member portals we run for Teams. By buying a membership or using these services, you agree to them.

1. Who sells the membership

Each membership is sold by the Team named on the storefront. The Team sets what it includes, its price, its dates and how any items are delivered.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. A parent or guardian must buy and manage any membership for a child.

3. Payment

Prices are in US dollars. The total, including any shipping and tax, is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number. You receive an email receipt.

4. Auto-renew

If a membership has auto-renew turned on, your saved card is charged the renewal price at the start of the next term, and we email you before it renews. You can turn auto-renew off any time in your member portal; your current membership stays active until it ends.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are handled by the Team you bought from, and the Team can refund a purchase at any time. To request one, contact the Team or email hello@peakaffinity.com with your name, email and order details and we will pass it on. Refunds go back to the original card. Turning off auto-renew stops future charges but does not refund the current term.

6. Acceptable use

Do not try to access other members' accounts, interfere with the services or use them for anything unlawful.

7. Ownership and liability

Team names, logos and content belong to the Teams; the Peak Affinity software belongs to us. Perks and events are provided by the Team and may change. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about a membership is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: hello@peakaffinity.com.
