This policy covers the personal information Peak Affinity collects through peakaffinity.com and the storefronts and member portals we run for sports teams ("Teams").

What we collect

• Contact details: name, email and, if a plan ships items, mailing address.
• Membership details: plans bought, answers to sign-up questions and order history.
• Payment details: handled by Stripe. We see only limited card details, such as the brand and last four digits.

How we use it

To process purchases, deliver memberships, send sign-in codes, receipts and other account emails, provide support and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• The Team whose membership you bought, so it can deliver your membership.
• Service providers that help us run the services, such as Stripe, hosting and email delivery.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Children

Kids club memberships are bought and managed by a parent or guardian. We collect only the child details the club asks for, and a parent or guardian can ask us to review or delete them.

Your choices

You can update your details in your member portal, or email hello@peakaffinity.com to access, correct or delete your information.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
